Breach of injunction

Today local officers assisted Bromley Council on Star Lane Traveller site to enforce a civil injunction. While we were present, a male drove onto the site and fly tipped. He was arrested for breach of civil injunction and his vehicle was seized. He has been put before the court today, and Bromley Council will be prosecuting him for the breach.
